Charm has natural hair which we also flat iron often too. However, Charm loves her natural curls and we thought it would be nice to talk about natural curls today! Here at CharmPosh.com we encourage girls to embrace their natural curls.
Recently, Charm took a trip to the salon which we try to do weekly or bi-weekly. With natural hair especially excessively curly hair such as Charm’s routine maintenance is essential. Plus the fact that we flat iron often we have to make sure that we keep her hair healthy and routine maintenance is how we do it.
Why curls? They are easy to maintain and so beautiful for hot days! We always start with a really good wash and conditioning treatment.
Charm hair was done in a two strand twist and she is placed under the dryer. Hear what she had to say…. Pardon the noise background we chose not to edit anything!
The amount of time under the dryer depends on the length of the hair. Two strand twist can be done on ANY hair type or texture! Straighter hair will have a more wavy pattern but is very pretty also. Because Charm’s hair already has a natural curl pattern her curls will appear more curly.
We are ALL done! Time to head to the pool party… BTW the sundress Charm is wearing is by Penelope Mack she also love wearing their swimsuits for girls. Our favorite place to purchase Penelope Mack is Macy’s!
